Guests have full, private access to the main home and all its amenities, including:

Four bedrooms and two full bathrooms, plus a half bath

Living room, den, and dining areas

Fully equipped chef’s kitchen with large island and premium appliances

Outdoor spaces including the patio, seating areas, and BBQ grill

Washer and dryer for guest use

Free street parking is available

Important Notes:

There is a tenant living in the ADU downstairs, who accesses their unit via the side gate. Guests should respect their privacy. The tenant is really nice and will respect your privacy as well.

The garage is not available for guest use.

No smoking is allowed inside the home; all smoking must be done outside. There is no designated smoking area on the property.

Access Instructions:

Entry to the home is via a smart front door lock. A unique access code will be provided before arrival.

I will greet you in person at check-in for a walkthrough and to review the home’s features.

After check-in, the home is entirely yours to enjoy, and I am available by phone or text for any questions or assistance during your stay.

I personally greet all guests at check-in to welcome you to The Mount Vernon House and provide a brief walkthrough of the home. During this time, I’ll:

Show you how to use the smart lock, appliances, thermostat, and any special features.

Answer any questions about the house, neighborhood, or local recommendations.

Ensure you feel comfortable and settled before you begin your stay.

After check-in, I respect your privacy and give you the space to enjoy the home. I remain available by phone or text at any time should you need assistance, have questions, or require support during your stay.
