Unwind in one of two distinct living areas, gather for meals in the formal dining room, or prepare a feast in the chef’s kitchen, complete with a large island, premium appliances, and an adjacent bar. The home features four airy bedrooms with premium linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The master bathroom is a sanctuary in itself, boasting a luxurious freestanding tub and a huge glass shower.

Step outside to your private patio to enjoy the California sun. Fire up the BBQ grill for an evening cookout or take a relaxing soak in the hot tub.

### Guest Access

You will have full, private access to the main home and all its amenities. This includes the four bedrooms, all bathrooms, the living room, den, dining area, kitchen, and outdoor spaces. Entry is simple and secure via a smart front door lock, and a unique access code will be provided before your arrival.

### The Neighborhood

Located on the prestigious Mount Vernon Drive, the home is situated in a serene, historic neighborhood. You can enjoy peaceful walks through the area's rolling hills, explore nearby parks, or visit local shops. It’s a beautiful and quiet corner of Los Angeles that offers a true sense of community.

### Getting Around

While the neighborhood feels like a peaceful escape, you are centrally located to all that LA has to offer. The property is just 10 minutes from SoFi Stadium and offers convenient access to Downtown LA, Hollywood, and the beaches. For easy public transport, the train line is only a mile away, making city exploration effortless. Free street parking is readily available.

### Important Information

To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, please note the following:

* **Check-In:** I will greet you in person at check-in for a brief walkthrough to review the home’s features. Afterward, the home is entirely yours to enjoy.

* **ADU Tenant:** A tenant lives in the separate downstairs ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) and accesses their unit via a side gate. They are very respectful of guest privacy, and we ask that you please extend them the same courtesy.

* **Parking:** The garage is not available for guest use. Free street parking is available.

* **Smoking Policy:** No smoking of any kind is permitted inside the home.

* **Events:** Parties and large gatherings are not permitted.

Guests have full, private access to the main home and all its amenities, including:

Four bedrooms and two full bathrooms, plus a half bath

Living room, den, and dining areas

Fully equipped chef’s kitchen with large island and premium appliances

Outdoor spaces including the patio, seating areas, and BBQ grill

Washer and dryer for guest use

Free street parking is available

Important Notes:

There is a tenant living in the ADU downstairs, who accesses their unit via the side gate. Guests should respect their privacy. The tenant is really nice and will respect your privacy as well.

The garage is not available for guest use.

No smoking is allowed inside the home; all smoking must be done outside. There is no designated smoking area on the property.

Access Instructions:

Entry to the home is via a smart front door lock. A unique access code will be provided before arrival.

I will greet you in person at check-in for a walkthrough and to review the home’s features.

After check-in, the home is entirely yours to enjoy, and I am available by phone or text for any questions or assistance during your stay.
